​What's the usual turnaround time?

Physical impression work, once received, is completed and returned in 5-7 business day, which includes a lab turnaround time of 3-5 days. Shipping is arranged through DHL or UPS. A digital/STL file work, can be delivered faster in less than a week’s time.

Who pays the shipping cost?

Shipping cost of impressions from cutomers to us needs to be prepaid, Shipping cost from our lab to customers would be at our charge when the amount of order is over USD500.00, otherwise additional fee would be charged for customers.

What kind of payment methods you accept?

Payment terms for all our customers are on advance basis. A Proforma Invoice would be sent for the orders received in our lab. The payment methods you have available are  Western Union, MoneyGram, Paypal, and T/T Bank wire transfer. We will provide the bank details for payment processing along with the proforma invoice.

Can I request some sample works for my reference?

Yes, we would like to provide several free samples. It will be charged in advance and would be fully refunded when we start cooperation.
